Any reservation implies full, unconditional, and irrevocable acceptance of these T&amp;Cs.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"717\" data-end=\"752\">ARTICLE 1 \u2013 CONCEPT PRESENTATION<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"754\" data-end=\"1092\">Les Mondes d\u2019Ailleurs is a real-life escape game operated by <strong data-start=\"815\" data-end=\"844\">SAS LES MONDES D\u2019AILLEURS<\/strong>, with a share capital of \u20ac7,500, whose registered office is located at <strong data-start=\"916\" data-end=\"957\">6 All\u00e9e Emilie du Ch\u00e2telet, 14123 Ifs<\/strong>, registered with the French National Business Register under SIREN number <strong data-start=\"1032\" data-end=\"1047\">939 761 573<\/strong>, hereinafter referred to as the \u201cORGANISER\u201d. These T&amp;Cs govern any contract for the provision of a game room entered into between :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1181\" data-end=\"1294\">\n<li data-start=\"1181\" data-end=\"1207\">\n<p data-start=\"1183\" data-end=\"1207\">the <strong data-start=\"1187\" data-end=\"1200\">ORGANISER<\/strong>, and<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1208\" data-end=\"1294\">\n<p data-start=\"1210\" data-end=\"1294\">any person participating in a game session, hereinafter referred to as the \u201cPLAYER\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1296\" data-end=\"1360\">The person making the reservation is referred to as the \u201cBUYER\u201d.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1362\" data-end=\"1457\">The game space is referred to as the \u201cROOM\u201d.<br data-start=\"1406\" data-end=\"1409\">The reservation corresponds to a \u201cGAME SESSION\u201d.<br>The ORGANISER reserves the right to modify these T&amp;Cs at any time. The applicable T&amp;Cs are those in force on the date of the reservation.&nbsp;<span style=\"background-color: rgb(141, 116, 90);\"><br><br><\/span><font color=\"#333333\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><b>ARTICLE 2 \u2013 DURATION AND COURSE OF THE GAME SESSIONS<\/b><\/span><\/font><br><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1660\" data-end=\"1714\">The game duration varies depending on the ROOM booked:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1716\" data-end=\"1745\">\n<li data-start=\"1716\" data-end=\"1730\">\n<p data-start=\"1718\" data-end=\"1730\">60 minutes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1731\" data-end=\"1745\">\n<p data-start=\"1733\" data-end=\"1745\">90 minutes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1747\" data-end=\"1779\">Each GAME SESSION also includes:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1781\" data-end=\"1867\">\n<li data-start=\"1781\" data-end=\"1824\">\n<p data-start=\"1783\" data-end=\"1824\">15 minutes of briefing before the game,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1825\" data-end=\"1867\">\n<p data-start=\"1827\" data-end=\"1867\">15 minutes of debriefing after the game.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1869\" data-end=\"1954\">The total on-site presence may therefore last up to 2 hours depending on the mission. PLAYERS acknowledge and accept that :&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">the GAME SESSION ends at the scheduled time, whether or not the mission is completed,<\/span><\/p><ul data-start=\"1994\" data-end=\"2131\">\n<li data-start=\"2084\" data-end=\"2131\">\n<p data-start=\"2086\" data-end=\"2131\">no compensation or extension will be granted.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"2138\" data-end=\"2192\">ARTICLE 3 \u2013 NUMBER OF PLAYERS AND ACCESS CONDITIONS<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2194\" data-end=\"2400\">Each ROOM is accessible to a team of <strong data-start=\"2231\" data-end=\"2257\">2 to 7 players maximum<\/strong>, depending on the characteristics of the mission. Access to the GAME SESSION is subject to presentation of the reservation confirmation email.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2402\" data-end=\"2470\">The ORGANISER reserves the right to refuse access to any person who:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2472\" data-end=\"2580\">\n<li data-start=\"2472\" data-end=\"2519\">\n<p data-start=\"2474\" data-end=\"2519\">is under the influence of alcohol or drugs,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2520\" data-end=\"2580\">\n<p data-start=\"2522\" data-end=\"2580\">displays dangerous, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"2587\" data-end=\"2617\">ARTICLE 4 \u2013 PLAYER BEHAVIOR<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2619\" data-end=\"2636\">PLAYERS agree to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2638\" data-end=\"2782\">\n<li data-start=\"2638\" data-end=\"2684\">\n<p data-start=\"2640\" data-end=\"2684\">respect the premises, sets, and equipment,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2685\" data-end=\"2728\">\n<p data-start=\"2687\" data-end=\"2728\">follow the instructions given by staff,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2729\" data-end=\"2782\">\n<p data-start=\"2731\" data-end=\"2782\">behave respectfully toward staff and other players.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2784\" data-end=\"3140\">Any voluntary damage or damage resulting from improper use may be invoiced and may lead to immediate termination of the GAME SESSION without refund.<br data-start=\"2932\" data-end=\"2935\">No verbal abuse, physical violence, or discriminatory behavior will be tolerated. The ORGANISER reserves the right to interrupt the GAME SESSION and exclude any PLAYER who does not comply with these rules.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"3147\" data-end=\"3168\">ARTICLE 5 \u2013 PRICES<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3170\" data-end=\"3332\">Prices are indicated in euros (\u20ac), all taxes included (VAT included), on the website and\/or at reception.<br data-start=\"3275\" data-end=\"3278\">Prices are set per GAME SESSION and vary according to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3334\" data-end=\"3390\">\n<li data-start=\"3334\" data-end=\"3347\">\n<p data-start=\"3336\" data-end=\"3347\">the room,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3348\" data-end=\"3365\">\n<p data-start=\"3350\" data-end=\"3365\">the duration,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3366\" data-end=\"3390\">\n<p data-start=\"3368\" data-end=\"3390\">the number of players.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3392\" data-end=\"3460\">The applicable prices are those in force at the time of reservation.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"3467\" data-end=\"3505\">ARTICLE 6 \u2013 RESERVATION AND PAYMENT<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3507\" data-end=\"3602\">All GAME SESSIONS must be booked in advance.<br data-start=\"3551\" data-end=\"3554\">The reservation becomes final and binding after:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3604\" data-end=\"3680\">\n<li data-start=\"3604\" data-end=\"3630\">\n<p data-start=\"3606\" data-end=\"3630\">validation of payment,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3631\" data-end=\"3680\">\n<p data-start=\"3633\" data-end=\"3680\">sending of the confirmation email to the BUYER.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3682\" data-end=\"3806\">A deposit may be required at the time of booking.<br data-start=\"3731\" data-end=\"3734\">Any remaining balance must be paid before the start of the GAME SESSION.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"3813\" data-end=\"3857\">ARTICLE 7 \u2013 CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION<\/h2>\n<h3 data-start=\"3859\" data-end=\"3891\">Cancellation by the customer<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"3893\" data-end=\"4059\">\n<li data-start=\"3893\" data-end=\"3961\">\n<p data-start=\"3895\" data-end=\"3961\">Free cancellation up to <strong data-start=\"3919\" data-end=\"3936\">7 days before<\/strong> the GAME SESSION date.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3962\" data-end=\"4059\">\n<p data-start=\"3964\" data-end=\"4059\">After this period, the deposit paid will be retained by the ORGANISER and will not be refunded. Any request for cancellation or modification must be made in writing (by email).&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"4143\" data-end=\"4159\">Late arrival<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"4161\" data-end=\"4185\">In case of late arrival:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4187\" data-end=\"4305\">\n<li data-start=\"4187\" data-end=\"4225\">\n<p data-start=\"4189\" data-end=\"4225\">the GAME SESSION may be shortened,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4226\" data-end=\"4305\">\n<p data-start=\"4228\" data-end=\"4305\">beyond 15 minutes of delay, access to the ROOM may be refused without refund.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"4312\" data-end=\"4340\">ARTICLE 8 \u2013 GIFT VOUCHERS<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4342\" data-end=\"4682\">Gift vouchers are valid for the duration indicated at the time of purchase.<br data-start=\"4417\" data-end=\"4420\">In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the BUYER has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided that the gift voucher has not been used. After this period, gift vouchers are neither exchangeable nor refundable.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"4689\" data-end=\"4717\">ARTICLE 9 \u2013 PERSONAL DATA<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4719\" data-end=\"4995\">Personal data collected during the reservation process is necessary for managing GAME SESSIONS.<br data-start=\"4814\" data-end=\"4817\">Such data is processed in accordance with applicable regulations (GDPR). The BUYER has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data by contacting the ORGANISER.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"5002\" data-end=\"5024\">ARTICLE 10 \u2013 SAFETY<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"5026\" data-end=\"5052\">It is strictly prohibited:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"5054\" data-end=\"5197\">\n<li data-start=\"5054\" data-end=\"5083\">\n<p data-start=\"5056\" data-end=\"5083\">to smoke on the premises,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5084\" data-end=\"5127\">\n<p data-start=\"5086\" data-end=\"5127\">to bring food or drinks into the rooms,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5128\" data-end=\"5159\">\n<p data-start=\"5130\" data-end=\"5159\">to bring dangerous objects,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5160\" data-end=\"5197\">\n<p data-start=\"5162\" data-end=\"5197\">to damage game elements or scenery.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"5199\" data-end=\"5249\">Safety instructions must be followed at all times.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"5256\" data-end=\"5289\">ARTICLE 11 \u2013 PHOTOS AND VIDEOS<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"5291\" data-end=\"5552\">Team photos may be taken before or after the session and used for communication purposes (website, social media), unless the PLAYERS expressly object.<br data-start=\"5441\" data-end=\"5444\">The rooms may be equipped with monitoring systems allowing game supervision, without recording the sessions.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"5559\" data-end=\"5602\">ARTICLE 12 \u2013 APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"5604\" data-end=\"5837\">These T&amp;Cs are governed by <strong data-start=\"5631\" data-end=\"5645\">French law<\/strong>. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
